1-Location

The-dharma-store.com website sells to customers residing within the European Union plus Switzerland.

2-Deals, Price and Promotion

On the-dharma-store.com, all offers site are valid until stock exhaustion and can be changed any time without prior notice by TDS team.

In addition, the prices on the TDS website are in euros and include all taxes (VAT), except: delivery fee, booking fee or administrative fee.

For customers registered as professional customers/retailers for which the-dharma-store.com acts as a wholesaler, please check our WHOLESALE conditions.

The price indication relates only to the article as described textually. The complementary photo(s) are for illustration purposes and may contain elements that are not included in the price.

A promotion code is only valid for one use unless explicitly stated. In case of usage of a promotion code, the code is no longer valid in case of product return.

Despite the fact that this online store has been created with the upmost care, it is still possible that some information is incomplete, contain errors or are not up-to-date.

In addition, all our objects are handcrafted. Each piece is therefore unique, and it is therefore impossible to reproduce them identically. Slight differences may therefore appear in the shapes, proportions, colors and/or materials mentioned in our descriptions and technical data sheets.

3-Retention of title clause

DIXITE SPRL retains the exclusive right of ownership of delivered items until full and effective payment by the customer. The title and the risk of loss or damage are transferred to the customer from the moment of delivery or removal. The customer undertakes to warn, if necessary, third parties concerning this retention of title by DIXITE SPRL, e.g. to those who would come to claim and seize these products not yet completely paid.

4-Sales contract

All orders are saved on the servers made available for TDS. Order confirmations are sent by email to customers. The order confirmation is the proof of the sales contract. In your TDS account, you will find the history and details of all your orders. Shipping costs when returning products to TDS are always at the customer's expense.

5-TDS Customer service

TDS wants you to be happy with our products and services. When selecting our products, we make sure that the manufacturer has used good and durable materials. We constantly monitor and collect information on the durability and repair of each item. We favor the repair of items because our company rejects the culture of waste.
